I love these cookies so much. I'm addicted.

When I think of the perfect butterscotch cookie this is it – it's THE BEST!!!!!!!!!!!!! They are soft, decadent and totally satisfy when it comes to a sweet treat. I have been tempted to eat the whole bag, but luckily the protein packed snack makes me full long before I can get to the bottom.

Butterscotch are my favorite. My daughters devour them. Love that they are made from healthy ingredients and a great source of protein! A good for you cookie!

The cookies are absolutely delicious, and i'm an amateur cookie expert! The flavor is rich and buttery, the texture is perfect. I would never have known they were made with cricket flour, and my friends agree! They are even better than anything I can bake using standard flour. I'll definitely be getting more!
