SEED BUTTER BANANA GREEN SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/4  cup Harmony Cricket Protein Powder
  • 3/4 cup cold unsweetened vanilla coconut milk (or other milk)
  • 4 Pitted dates
  • 2 Handfuls of baby spinach
  • 4-6 ice cubes

INSTRUCTIONS:

Add all ingredient into a high-powered blender and blend until smooth. If the smoothie seems too thick you can add a splash more coconut milk. Once the consistency is to your liking, pour into a glass and enjoy!

*This is hands down my favorite go-to smoothie with frozen banana, seed butter, pitted dated and baby spinach. I choose seed butters because seeds require much water to grow and are so much better for our planet. My favorite is 88 acres sunflower seed butter! https://88acres.com/collections/seed-butters

BANANA BERRY MORNING SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS:

  • Frozen banana
  • Frozen blueberries
  • Frozen mango
  • Seed butter (I like 88 acres sunflower seed butter)
  • ¼ cup Harmony protein powder
  • Coconut or hemp milk

INSTRUCTIONS:

For added crunch and texture, I like to sprinkle a little granola on top.
